Drones: Moving Eyes in the Sky

Police departments are putting drones to use in many different ways, including crowd monitoring and crime scene mapping. Drones equipped with zoom cameras are able to scan a large crowd from above to get the whole scene, and also zoom down to pick up minute details such as individual faces, logos on a backpack, etc., while object tracking features can allow the drone to keep tabs on any suspicious characters moving through the crowd. Crime scene reporting is also greatly enhanced with drones, as aerial mapping can help unravel details of a crime, or help understand the sequence of events in a car accident.  Drones are designed to be nimble and relatively unobtrusive. Outside of public safety, a diverse number of industries use them to execute complex tasks. In many instances, these tasks may otherwise be extremely difficult or costly to achieve without the assistance of drone technology.

Join this course to learn the value add of these drones solutions you can provide for enhancement of first responder services across the nation. In addition, we will discuss how these same solutions are being used and can be provided through horizontal sales across all verticals.  Attendees will also learn the value add of partnering with SYNNEX GOVSolv in solving these challenges for State/Local Government and other industries through the integration of this technology.
